Support for Content Initiatives
The ability for product suppliers to provide content (product details and other information) and images in a timely way and in the required formats enables us to support our customers through print and electronic delivery. Data integrity is the foundation for accurate and complete product specifications in the marketplace. We need your support in ensuring that the item information (including item #’s) provided and submitted are complete and accurate.
Deadlines are more important than ever. Respond quickly to United’s requests. Missing a deadline may very well mean missing the opportunity to be placed in a catalog.
Pay close attention to data requests. On the page or electronically, information about your product helps you sell it. As a supplier, make sure that you provide United with timely and accurate information. Missing, incomplete, or inaccurate materials such as spec sheets and images will cause products to be eliminated from consideration.
